Vitamin B9 or Folic acid is a very important vitamin in the body. First, it has a huge role in cell division and cell growth. Secondly, it can produce those chemicals which are beneficial in controlling one?s appetite, sleep and mood. Third, health experts believe that Folic acid is vital to minimize the chances of having heart attack and stroke.

Cobalamin or vitamin B12 is significant to convert carbohydrates, proteins and fats to energy. Moreover, it?s also responsible for providing protection to the nerve cells and to maintain the healthiness of the red blood cells. Cobalamin is also essential for avoiding cardiac diseases.
